-Products returned without prior approval.
-Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts (unless defective).
-Any product not purchased directly from Jetty Extracts.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

-Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
-Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Refunds

-Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Exchanges
